Subtitled - "Mod, Soul, Freakbeat and Psych Faves," this sweet little compilation comes courtesy of Eric Colin, one of the principle organizers of the annual Our Way of Thinking Festival that grows exponentially every year in the Windy City.  Eric is also one of the organizers of modchicago.com and a member of local psychedelic garage faves The Civilized Age.  Eric occasionally spins at Delilah's and the crowd always digs the scene he lays down.  You can probably expect quite a few rare nuggets on this one as Eric's record collection is a veritable goldmine of treasures from the not too distant past.  28 groovy tracks in all on one disc!

"When he's not proselytizing on the genius of Syd Barrett, Franz Kafka and the Marx Brothers (that's Groucho and Karl), Eric can be found reading, expanding his record collection or laying down the drive with his main man JJ in the Civilized Age. Active in the mod, psych and garage scenes since the late 80s, Eric just wants everyone to have a good time. Ask him a musical question - I dare you! Eric can compile the soundtrack to your life. He can do it again and again. The man is deep."
