Have you ever had the suspicion that you were being judged or treated with masked disdain by the hipster kid behind the record store counter? Stop wondering because you probably were. I gave up that unsettling feeling years ago when I started visiting Hard Boiled and you should too. Mark delivers the goods straight up - he stocks his shop with integrity and treats patrons with respect and honesty. He is my guy when I want a new kind of kick, something I have never heard before. Named after the Frank Miller comic book that was adapted to film by John Woo, Hard Boiled also features a wide selection of cult videos, comics and magazines.
